When I arrived, I realized that the room I had booked was too small for my liking. I immediately expressed my concerns to the receptionist, Mr Abdullah, were great to accommodate my needs. Despite the hotel being fully booked, the owner, Mr Hakan, even offered to refund my money if I decided to switch hotels. I decided to stay with the assurance that a room change would be arranged if available. True to their word, the next morning I was transferred to a more spacious room that met my expectations. It was comforting to know that the hotel values their guests' satisfaction.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, as it is very close to the Bridge to Asian Side, making it convenient for exploring both sides of the city. it is situated right next to a mall and two shopping malls, providing plenty of options for shopping and dining. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with excellent housekeeping and attentive staff. The breakfast served in the room is delicious, and the hotel even provides umbrellas for guests on rainy days.
Some guests have mentioned that when checking out, they had issues with the hotel staff regarding additional charges for broken items and snacks from the mini bar. It is recommended to take your time during check out to ensure all charges are accurate and dispute any discrepancies.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Istanbul. The cleanliness was perfect, with the rooms being well-maintained throughout our visit. The hotel facilities were great, and we especially appreciated the free parking available. The location was excellent, as it was very close to the bridge leading to the Asian side of the city. there were two shopping malls nearby, making it convenient for shopping enthusiasts. The staff was helpful, providing really good service. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and provided a great start to the day.

This hotel offers excellent value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The staff are amazing, providing exceptional service and ensuring a cozy and comfortable stay. The breakfast options were simple but fresh and delicious. The staff were very professional and super friendly. The location was perfect, with close proximity to the Levent metro station and three shopping malls nearby. The hotel was clean and quiet, making for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended for vegetarians and vegans.
